Welcome to Anvil’s Heart. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Anvil’s Heart

Anvil’s Heart is an independent artisan studio specializing in handcrafted resin collectible figures.

Our products are produced in small batches or made to order using high-resolution resin 3D printing, manual post-processing, optional hand painting, transparent resin elements, magnets where appropriate, and other finishing techniques depending on the individual model.

2. Fan Art & Intellectual Property

Many products offered by Anvil’s Heart are fan-made collectible artworks inspired by characters and fictional universes from games, anime, movies, comics, and other media.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these products are unofficial fan-made works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by the owners of the respective franchises.

All character names, trademarks, franchise names, logos, and other intellectual property associated with third-party properties remain the property of their respective owners.

Anvil’s Heart does not claim ownership of these third-party intellectual properties.

The digital sculptures used for our products are obtained from sculptors and creators with whom we are authorized to work. Rights relating to the original sculptures, renders, promotional materials, and other creator-owned content remain with their respective creators unless otherwise stated.

3. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Our figures are artisan products rather than mass-produced factory collectibles.

Depending on the selected product and option, production may include:

• high-resolution resin printing up to 16K;

• manual cleaning and post-processing;

• sanding and preparation;

• test fitting and assembly;

• magnets where required or appropriate;

• transparent resin for suitable elements;

• professional hand painting when a painted version is ordered;

• protective finishing and packaging.

Because these processes involve significant manual work, minor variations between individual pieces may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

4. Product Images

Product pages may contain digital renders, photographs of completed figures, prototype images, or promotional materials supplied by the original sculptor.

Digital renders are intended to demonstrate the design of the sculpture and should not be interpreted as photographs of the finished physical product.

Where photographs of completed painted figures are shown, the final appearance of another hand-painted copy may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the painting process.

5. Orders

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

After an order is placed, Anvil’s Heart may contact the customer if additional information is required for production or delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing errors, inability to fulfil the order, or other exceptional circumstances. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Production Times

Most products are made to order.

Estimated production times displayed on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed with the customer in writing.

Production times may vary depending on the complexity and size of the figure, selected painting option, current production queue, availability of materials, technical issues, and other circumstances affecting handcrafted production.

We always aim to complete orders within the estimated timeframe and will contact the customer if a significant delay occurs.

7. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.

The final amount payable is shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Payment must be successfully completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation availability depends on the nature of the product and whether production has already begun.

For consumers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable, remain unaffected by these Terms.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, as provided by applicable consumer law. (European Union)

9. Returns, Defects & Damaged Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement part, repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods. Consumers in the EU have statutory protection for goods that are faulty or do not correspond to what was advertised. (European Union)

10. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the destinations available during checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and are separate from production times.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by the carrier, customs authorities, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

11. Customs, Import Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import VAT, duties, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon import.

The customer is responsible for any applicable import charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

12. Hand-Painted Figures

Painted figures are individually finished by hand.

Reference images demonstrate the intended overall appearance, but minor differences in shading, colour transitions, brushwork, weathering, or other artistic details may occur.

These variations are inherent to handmade artwork and make each painted figure unique.

13. Unpainted Figures

Unpainted products are intended for hobbyists and may require assembly and additional preparation before painting.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, an unpainted figure does not include professional painting.

14. Magnets & Assembly

Some figures may include magnets or other assembly systems depending on the design.

Small components, magnets, resin parts and collectible figures are not toys and may present a choking or injury hazard.

Our products are intended primarily as display collectibles and should be kept away from small children.

15. Resin Products

Resin collectibles should be handled carefully.

Finished resin parts may be damaged by falls, excessive force, extreme temperatures, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, or inappropriate storage.

Minor marks in areas that are not visible after assembly may result from the printing and production process and do not necessarily affect the quality or appearance of the assembled collectible.

16. Intellectual Property of Anvil’s Heart

Original photographs, written content, branding, logos, packaging designs and other materials created specifically by Anvil’s Heart may not be reproduced or used commercially without our permission.

This provision does not claim ownership over third-party characters, franchises, sculptures, trademarks, renders or other intellectual property belonging to their respective owners or creators.

17. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, prices and other information are accurate.

However, occasional typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occur.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and update information where necessary.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Anvil’s Heart is not responsible for indirect losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, production processes, website, or applicable legal requirements.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version in effect when that order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted to them by the laws applicable to their place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict statutory consumer rights.
