📦 Shipping & Packaging
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you did not find the delivery option to your country on our website, please contact us.
Figures are securely packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
Assembly depends on the statue's size. Smaller models generally arrive mostly put together, though sometimes small parts are packed separately for safety during shipping.
These parts are designed to easily slot into place (using magnets, small rods, or shaped pegs) without needing glue. However, you can use glue for extra sturdiness if you prefer
Larger statues (1:6 Scale or above) will feature more extensive use of magnets and are very easy to assemble.
We include a small tube of glue with every order!
Every shipment is sent with full tracking and insurance to safeguard both buyer and seller. Although issues like loss or damage are rare, they can occur. Please monitor your tracking details for updates. If your package arrives with visible damage or looks like it has been tampered with, be sure to take photos and document everything thoroughly. This will help ensure a smooth process for any potential insurance claim.
In case of damages we sent replacements free of charge.
Our figures are fragile, handcrafted collectibles that require careful handling.
For distant or non-EU destinations, we use DHL Express only to ensure faster transit, safer handling, and delivery in perfect condition.
❌ Return & Cancellations
Because our figures are made to order, cancellations or refunds may not always be possible once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
If you return order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from express or alternative shipping options).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been physically received and inspected by us.
You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the returned item shows damage, signs of excessive handling, or if parts, accessories, or detachable elements are missing, we reserve the right to: reduce the refund amount accordingly, or apply a compensation deduction reflecting the loss in value.
Returning an item with missing or damaged components may only result in a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item, or a complete lack of funds in the account upon return.
