💳 Flexible Payments
You can split the payment for your figure into two equal parts.
Pay 50% when placing your order, and the remaining 50% when your figure is completed and ready for shipping.
Once your figure is ready, we will send a payment invoice to the email address provided when placing your order. You can also pay the remaining balance directly through your customer account.
After receiving the invoice, you will have 15 days to complete the remaining payment. We will send payment reminders during this period so you don’t miss it.
If you do not complete the payment or contact us within 15 days, your order may be cancelled. As your figure will already have been produced specifically for your order, the initial 50% payment will be non-refundable.
In all other cases, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Yes. Sale prices and discount codes also apply to orders placed with the 50/50 payment option.
If the product is already on sale, the discounted price is calculated automatically before the deposit is charged.
If you use a discount code, your first 50% payment will be recalculated immediately. After the first payment is completed, the remaining 50% balance will also be updated to reflect the same discount.
You can view the updated balance and complete the second payment from your customer account.
No. The total price of your order remains the same. There are no additional fees for choosing the 50/50 payment option.
If your order includes multiple figures with different payment options, each figure is treated separately.
Any figure that has been paid in full remains part of your order regardless of the payment status of other figures.
For figures purchased using the 50/50 payment option, we will send an invoice for the remaining 50% to the email address provided with your order once the figure is completed and ready for shipping.
If you decide not to complete the remaining payment for one or more partially paid figures, this will not affect the figures you have already paid for in full. The fully paid figures will still be shipped to you, while the unpaid figures will be handled according to our cancellation and refund policy.
Our figures are made to order, so cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the production status of your order. Once production has started, the initial payment may be retained to cover production costs already incurred, subject to applicable consumer rights.

⏳ Production Time
Most of our figures are made to order, not mass-produced. This ensures quality and attention to detail.
Most Anvil’s Heart figures are made to order and enter our production queue after an order is placed.
The estimated production and dispatch timeframe displayed on the product page on the date the order is placed applies to that order.
Future changes to the production timeframe displayed on our website do not affect orders that have already been placed.
Production times may vary depending on the complexity and size of the figure, the selected painted or unpainted option, technical circumstances, availability of materials, and other factors inherent to handcrafted production.
Hand-painted figures may require additional production time due to the amount of manual work involved.
We make every reasonable effort to complete and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. If a significant unexpected delay occurs, we will contact the customer.
📦 Shipping & Packaging
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you did not find the delivery option to your country on our website, please contact us.
Figures are securely packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
Assembly depends on the size and design of the figure. Smaller models generally arrive mostly assembled, although delicate components may be packed separately for protection during shipping.
Where appropriate, parts are designed to fit securely using magnets, metal rods, or shaped pegs, making assembly simple and reducing the need for glue.
Larger and more complex statues, particularly 1:6 scale and above, may use additional magnetic connections to make assembly and transportation safer.
A small tube of glue is included with every order in case permanent assembly is preferred.
Every shipment is securely packaged and sent with tracking. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the shipping box, packaging, and damaged parts before attempting any repair or assembly, and contact us as soon as possible.
We will assess the damage and provide an appropriate solution, which may include free replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Shipping methods vary depending on the destination and current carrier availability. Available shipping options and their costs are displayed at checkout. All shipments include tracking.
❌ Return & Cancellations
Most of our figures are made to order and enter production specifically after an order is placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
For orders eligible for the EU/EEA right of withdrawal, consumers generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
Certain products made according to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized for the customer may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation of an order before delivery is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.
If your order is eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returned items should be securely packaged and returned complete, including all parts, accessories, interchangeable components, bases, and other elements originally supplied with the figure.
You may inspect the item only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and condition.
If the returned item has been damaged, modified, assembled in a way that causes damage, glued, painted, sanded, altered, improperly handled, or returned with missing or damaged components, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in the value of the item.
In such cases, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the actual loss in value.
For example, a substantial reduction may apply where a collectible is returned with broken parts, missing components, permanent modifications, paint or glue applied by the customer, or other damage that materially reduces its resale value.
Unpainted kits: assembly, sanding, drilling, gluing, priming, painting, modification, or other hobby work may materially reduce the value of the item and may therefore result in a reduced refund where applicable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Where required by law, the refund will also include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Additional costs resulting from express or alternative delivery methods are not refundable.

In many cases, yes. Small adjustments (colors, finishes, effects) can often be discussed before production. Contact us for this option.
Yes. If you don’t see a character listed, feel free to contact us — we may still be able to make it as a custom order.
