Because our figures are made to order, cancellations or refunds may not always be possible once production has started.
Please contact us as soon as possible. EU buyers can easy way for buyers to exercise their existing 14-day right of withdrawal (also known as the 'cooling-off period').
In general, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective!
